+sahil explained how DebConf committee works and how minidebconfs were organized earlier.
+akshay said that it might be useful to have a separate remote volunteer team (in addition to conference committee) even though members maybe the same, such that there's greater options for volunteering.
+akshay also expressed hesitance that there's not one person (or one group of people) holding things together.
+Since there were only two attendees, we decided to not make much progress, but rather push for getting more people interested in joining conference committee meetings.
