Wiki page for the Save Poddery Campaign
A well known name in the Diaspora world, poddery.com is facing a challenge. It is about to be closed down and fosscommunity is planning to continue the service. For that we are planning a campaign for collecting funds for buying a server and hosting the website there.

Objectives of the campaign
- Raise funds for buying a VPS and hosting the site there
- Popularise diaspora ideology
Funds needed (For 1 year)
1. Server
- Server at linode.com - $868.20 (Approx Rs. 50, 000)
- 2 GB RAM, 96GB Storage and 8TB of bandwidth.

(Have to enquire prices & feasibility of other providers, including aws) (If its linode, just transfering is enough).

- 100 GB storage, 64 MB of RAM, 200 GB monthly storage
- Used only for storing backup
