GNU/Linux Users Group Calicut (glugc) ( http://groups.yahoo.com/group/glugc ) has been working inside the campus to promote FOSS since Dec 2003. Every year glugc organises national level Free and Open Source Software event called FOSS Meet @ NITC.
It is all set to have its third edition during 2-4 March 2007. More details available on the FOSS Meet @ NITC 2007 website http://www.foss.nitc.ac.in.
