Incident: Just some minutes before Manorama News aired a report on Central government funds for IT enabling Electricity boards. It stated Kerala is going to loss the fund support from central government, since KSEB is strict on using FOSS tools. The news reported free software is inefficient, functions like online bill payment cannot be done using FOSS tools. The news was reported by Rajeev Devraj for Manorama News from TVM.
