- Get po files.
- GNOME Malayalam page has details about getting the po files for GNOME applications.
- complete the translation.
- Some guidelines about editing a po file.
- Help in setting up Malayalam support is available here.
- sent it to the list for review with a deadline normally one week (give more if the file is big)
- if anyone has suggestions they sent the changed file, discuss the issues and find a consensus and commit the final version
- if nobody has any suggestions before the deadline then commit it.
- Only coordinators have commit access to the repositories. Debconf translations can be submitted as a bug report against that package. More details are available in Debian Malayalam page.
In case of sprints once the coordinator (for that sub-project) gives a nod, its ready for commit.
