A Tshirt costs around Rs. 150/-. About 50 % of total has to be paid in advance in most cases. Try if you can get someone (organisations/companies) to sponsor/share the cost (but be ready to share the cost even if you don't get a sponsor). You can try your organisation itself, it will be good publicity for them as well. Have someone hadling the responsibility.
