Instructions on setting up UPI ID with smartphone UPI apps

We should make a section for "how to set up your phone to more easily accept NUUP payments". Basically, with instructions for smartphone users on how to set up their UPI numbers. UPI apps tend to push you to link your number only with their specific app rather than with UPI itself, which means only other people using the same app can find you via number.

This is important due to the bug where Vi users in some situations are unable to make payments to UPI IDs but can still make them to UPI numbers.

You might ask why add it to this wiki which is mainly going to be read by NUUP users. The answer is that at least personally, if I know how to set it up in the app of the person I want to pay, I can quickly do it for them on the spot before making the payment! Whereas now I end up just searching through menus and eventually giving up (since we're both clueless).
